  Price match with any outlet including online! Getting a $199.99 pair of work boots for $144 and change plus tax because you found a cheaper price on Amazon and they matched it.... PRICELESS! Boot barn just won my business! Oh yeah and the store is nice and so are the people!

  Went in to find a pair of boots, simple right? All I needed was a 12ee and they had one pair. We were in the store for 30min before we had to ask the employee to see if she could find us a pair of 12wides. She couldn’t be bothered and told us just to look for the orange tag. She finally came back told us she didn’t see any and she would look online. That was the last we saw of her. The other guy in the store was organising boots mine you this is 1030am and we were the only people in the store. The other guy said their are lots of wides and pointed down the isle. I counted 5pairs across 3 different sizes only one of which was my size. Wow what a selection, what great customer service, what a great store, ya right I’ll never shop here again what a waste of time. Oh ya price match the boots against the online prices and they have a 80% markup.
