  I have purchased a few pieces of jewelry here and been happy up until I brought my watch back to have the crystal replaced because I scratched it. The original cost was $75.00 and was told it would take 4 weeks. I have been very patient and called on the 5th week to inquire on the status of my repair. Received a call back and was told the original quote was incorrect and it was going to cost me $150.00 and it would take another 3 weeks. I am still waiting and I'm very unhappy at this point.

  Very unfriendly staff. The one older lady there absolutely refused to help me locate MY account. With her nose up in the air at me she did the bare minimum. I left unsatisfied.
