  I have been working here for a couple of months. I’m not going to say any names, or include my name, but people deserve to know why lowes is going so downhill, and why customer service here is horrible. First of all the head cashiers are so rude, and racist. They absolutely disgust me. They will literally talk about their employees just because they are a position higher. Don’t get me started on the fact that they will get onto us employees (YELL) for even glancing at our phones to check the time, while if you even approach them they will be on their phones taking selfies, and who knows what else. You can’t even ask a question without, being given such a rude reply. The head cashiers are so stuck up, and do nothing. People will talk behind your back, and not even have the courage to say it in your face! We could get a write up even attempting to eat a snack while they’re over there eating as if they were at a freaking restaurant. I am a bystander, and have seen this one head cashier who I dislike with a passion (MAKE FUN OF) a Hispanic man just because he did not know how to speak English. We can’t even leave our registers to help a customer without being yelled at! It’s ridiculous. I will be leaving soon as this place is just a joke with people who don’t know how to be proper adults. This used to be a great place to work at, but now they just hire whoever. The big managers need to have their cameras faced at the head cashiers, and see how they truly act while they have their backs turned, and we (EMPLOYEES) work our asses off (pardon my language.) I am disappointed as our general managers have never asked if we are ever poorly treated. Will be leaving.
