They were only interested in the new sales coming in. Finally they got to me and assured me they took care of my request! When only to find out a month later. I stood there and wasted my gas for nothing! They removed my phone insurance instead of the service and insurance on 2 tablets I had. So I left att and now I'm with tmobile!!!!
